Commercial Inventory (Traffic) Coordinator

Australasia’s largest radio Network ARN operates Brisbane’s Feel Good 97.3Fm and Classic Hits 4KQ in Brisbane.

We’re looking to employ a Coordinator to work in the dynamic, fast paced environment of our Network Commercial Inventory (Traffic) Department in our Brisbane office at Stones Corner.

The role involves working with our Sales Teams and Inventory Managers to ensure our clients commercials get to air correctly – from Booking to Broadcast to Invoicing.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we need from you… You’ll be a real whiz at juggling many tasks all at once and have an unwavering can-do attitude. You’ve got great administration skills and your accuracy and attention to detail leave other people breathless. You’re a flexible team player who is organised and thrives on working in a pressure cooker situation. You’ll know your way around a computer and competent in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
